Magical Marsaxlokk, Malta


The little fishing harbour of Marsaxlokk in Malta.
Beautiful brightly coloured boats called Luzzu are the traditional Maltese fishing boats.
They have two eyes painted on the bow, possibly a surviving custom from the ancient Phoeniticians.
